JudeMed.AI is an AI health assistant. Its assistant, Jude, helps you keep your health information in one place and get ready for your doctor visits: you describe how you feel in your own words, log readings such as blood pressure, glucose and weight, keep a list of your medicines and supplements, and add your test results. Jude then prepares a clear summary you can take to your next appointment or share with your doctor.

What JudeMed.AI is not

Jude is not a doctor and does not diagnose or treat. It does not replace your doctor or any healthcare professional, and it is not an emergency service.
