- No. Jude is an AI assistant that helps you understand your health and prepare for appointments. It does not diagnose and does not replace your doctor.
- What if it is an emergency?
- Jude is not an emergency service. If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number now: 911 in the US and Canada, 999 in the UK, 112 in Europe and from most mobile phones.
- Is my data private?
- Yes. Only you can see it. It is never sold, and it is shared only with the AI services you allow and the doctors you choose. You can delete your whole account at any time. Privacy Policy

- Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Your logs, medicines, profile and saved reports stay yours either way. See the plans
- Does it work on my phone?
- Yes. JudeMed.AI works in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer. There is no app to install.
- Which countries does it support?
- Jude adapts to your country's healthcare system, medicine names and units wherever you are.

JudeMed.AI includes a dedicated Research Mode for medical researchers, clinicians and healthcare professionals who want to explore a question more widely than a patient consultation would.
In Research Mode, Jude can discuss emerging research, competing hypotheses and off-label considerations — useful for hypothesis generation, academic exploration and lateral medical thinking.
